How to create and use the “Round table” and “Resolutions” (private chat and public channel)

💬 Creating a private DAO chat

First, the responsible for external communications needs to create a private Telegram chat and add all DAO members

Then, you need to add our bot, Guarantor (@XDAO_Guarantor_Bot), to the chat, assign it as an admin, and grant it all possible permissions except anonymity
