XDAO launches the largest experiment in the world of DAOs!

Our project brings together 2.5 million users of the TONxDAO mini-app into XDAO Labs — a DAO association registered in Singapore. XDAO Labs will become an ecosystem consisting of thousands of Digital Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) that will be able to:

✅ Legally interact with each other and external partners

✅ Manage digital assets and smart contracts

✅ Distribute revenues and resources among participants

✅ Sign agreements and documents via Web3 wallets

✅ Record important decisions and maintain an archive through a dedicated Telegram bot

DAO registration becomes as simple as possible

To create a DAO, a participant only needs to fill out a short form. Based on it, a standard Charter is automatically generated, which operates in accordance with the XDAO Labs Constitution

The DAO founders sign the Charter using Web3 wallets with EthSign, a leading digital signature service. After signing, the document can be easily verified. This way, the DAO acquires an official status and gains the ability to conduct transactions and enter into legally binding agreements

According to the XDAO Labs Constitution and DAO Charters:

• Transactions made through the Telegram bot are equivalent to documents with a handwritten signature
• DAO decisions recorded in the bot can be used for arbitration and even in traditional courts for dispute resolution

The launch of the on-chain DAO constructor for the TON and Telegram ecosystem will be the final step in preparing XDAO’s core product. After its release, any community will be able to:
